Economic
Recovery Plan, which I supported vigorously.

to our richest corporations and individuals:

to America's richest. Not only tax breaks: we're actually
writing checks and sending out billions direct from the
treasury. Yes, YOUR TAX DOLLARS. But remember: crisis

repealed the Alternative Minimum Corporate Income Tax,
and we are going to refund all the money paid to this
tax by corporations dating back to 1986. IBM gets a check

will get to write off 30% of the cost of future
capital investments--up to 3 years into the future. |

Extending
from 2 to 5 years the period in which corporations can
